“A dream of being an artisanal food producer, the search for tropical pastures and the discovery of cacao in India.” David left the world of mixology in London to retrain as an artisan bread baker before moving to Mysore in 2011 where he discovered local cacao, began experimenting and set up India’s first small batch bean-to-bar chocolate house, Earth Loaf.
